Originally from Pacific Grove, California, Myles Kerchner has proudly called Arkansas home for the past decade. He first came to Fort Smith, where he developed a strong connection to the state and earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith.

Myles’ path to becoming an attorney began after meeting attorney Gentry Wahlmeier, whose influence helped inspire him to pursue a career in law. He later moved to Fayetteville to attend law school, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way by clerking with Wahlmeier Law Firm in Van Buren and RMP Law Firm in Springdale. Through these experiences, Myles developed a strong foundation in legal research, writing, case preparation, and client advocacy.

Today, Myles is licensed to practice in both Arkansas and Oklahoma and is committed to providing practical, effective representation to his clients. His practice includes family law, estate planning, probate, landlord-tenant matters, real estate, mediation and settlement negotiations, and civil litigation.

Myles is also comfortable in the courtroom and prepared to take a case to trial when necessary. During his first year as a licensed attorney, he successfully handled and won numerous cases, quickly building valuable courtroom experience.

Myles approaches every matter with preparation, persistence, and a focus on achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
